Delta Technologies, an industry-leading tooling company, is seeking a CNC Machinist with experience in machine operation and CNC programming. Our clients are automotive manufacturers and suppliers in a rapidly growing automotive region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate numerically controlled machine tools.
• Perform complex machining operations to meet precise tolerances and specifications.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Operate multiple units simultaneously if required.
• Program CNC 3-axis vertical mills.
• Set up and operate CNC vertical mills.
• Understand Fanuc and G&M codes.
• Manual machining skills (Bridgeport, lathe, grinder).
• Conduct quality checks and adjust machine offsets as needed.
• Interpret and understand part designs.
• Familiarity with CAD software.

Qualifications

• Boring Mill experience is preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with CNC vertical mills, manual mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Experience in machine shop or fabrication environments, capable of working accurately with large machinery.
• Knowledge of WorkNC CAM or RTM/Lemoine CAM software is a plus.
• Experience with Fidia, Heidenhain, or Fanuc controls.
• Experience with 3+2 5-axis machining is a plus.
• Skilled in machining 3D contour surfaces.
• Experience in injection mold core/cavity/component machining.
• Proficient in 2D plate and component machining for molds.
• Ability to program and operate a 3-axis mill for drilling, tapping, and milling processes.
