Job summary

Laborup is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for our 3rd shift team. You will set up and operate 4- and 5-axis CNC mills to produce large, tight-tolerance components per engineering drawings.

Reading GD&T and making program edits to optimize speeds, feeds, and offsets are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining, familiarity with Siemens or Fanuc controls, and the ability to inspect their own work with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills or multi-axis machining centers.
• 4-axis or 5-axis machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Experience making CNC program edits and adjusting machine offsets.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with Siemens or Fanuc CNC controls preferred.
• Experience machining large or complex components is a plus.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with an established precision manufacturing company to hire experienced CNC Machinists for their 3rd shift team.

This is a hands-on machining opportunity working with advanced multi-axis CNC equipment to manufacture large, complex, tight-tolerance components.

We're looking for machinists with strong setup experience who are comfortable reading engineering drawings, making program adjustments, troubleshooting machining processes, and inspecting their own work.

Compensation

$31–$38/hr + 10% Shift Differential

Schedule

3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
