Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to produce a variety of sheet metal parts and prepare for CNC operations. You will set up and align parts per shop prints and work alone or in a small team to assemble metal buildings and enclosures.

Candidate should have two-plus years of CNC experience, forklift operation experience, and strong measurement and QA awareness. Excellent manual dexterity and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of CNC experience required.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and prints.

Responsibilities

• Consult blueprints, work orders, and/or schematics to safely construct a specified structure.
• Load and unload raw materials and equipment, set up and calibrate accessories, and program the CNC machine.
• Cuts, bends, and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Measures and cuts according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.
• Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications using standard measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on the CNC machine.
