Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking an Operations Leader for the 2nd shift at the Waukesha site to guide day‑to‑day production operations and build a deep understanding of engine remanufacturing processes. You will provide technical guidance, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe workplace.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing field or 5+ years of experience, with strong teamwork, problem solving, and ERP/Oracle familiarity to support ISO compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in manufacturing related focus or 5+ years of comparable industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a training program for production technicians.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, materials, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively manage engine and component production to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
