Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
• Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tool changes.
• Experience with Siemens CNC controls is strongly preferred; Fanuc experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers, including turning, grinding, and heat-treating equipment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and first-piece validations to ensure production readiness.
• Independently change tooling, replace inserts and cutting tools, and adjust offsets to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor machining performance and apply tooling/offset corrections to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and engineering specs; inspect parts with precision tools.
