We’re a family-owned organization in St. Joseph, Michigan, built on shared interests, stability, loyalty, and trust.A Day on Second ShiftYou clock in at 3:15 pm, step into a small‑batch production environment, and take ownership of high‑mix, low‑volume work. You’ll set up and run Horizontal Machining Centers, Turning Centers, and Mill‑Turn machines. Between jobs, you edit G & M code, verify dimensions with precision gauges, and collaborate with teammates to solve problems. You pause downstream processing when a part isn’t right, drive corrective action, and only move product when the fix is verified.
