Software Placement Group seeks a skilled CNC Machining Specialist for the 2nd shift in Sugar Bush, WI. This direct-hire role offers a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, full onsite work, and the opportunity to work with VMCs, HMCs, and Mazak turning equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years CNC setup/operation on multi-axis machines.
• Ability to read complex engineering blueprints.
• Proficient with measurement tools (micrometers/calipers).
• Stable employment history and reliability.
• Willingness to work 3:00 PM–1:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments from drawings.
• Set up and run VMCs, HMCs, and Mazak turning equipment.
• Load and inspect tight-tolerance components per prints.
• Maintain home-machine workstation and monitor tool wear.
• Coordinate with shift lead and maintenance to maximize uptime.
