Tom Trese Networking LLC in Sugar Bush, WI is seeking a CNC Machining Specialist for a 4-day, 10-hour 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM). The role offers base pay of $32.00–$36.00 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour 2nd shift differential, with potential bonuses and Friday overtime opportunities.

This onsite position emphasizes long-term craftsmanship in a family-owned contract manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates will have 3–5+ years of CNC setup/operation on VMCs/HMCs or Mazak turning centers,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC setup and operation on multi-axis machines.
• Ability to read complex engineering blueprints and verify with precision instruments.
• Stable employment history and long-term commitment to past employers.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete CNC setups, tooling changes, and off­sets per drawings and process docs.
• Operate VMCs, HMCs, and Mazak turning centers with high accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts to engineering tolerances using micrometers/calipers and GD&T where applicable.
• Own and monitor your workstation within the home-machine program to maintain cleanliness and tooling readiness.
• Coordinate with shift leads and maintenance to maximize uptime and smooth production flow.
