The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED and CNC/machining experience is preferred. Responsibilities include operating machinery, basic troubleshooting, following 5S procedures, and ensuring product quality meets customer expectations. Qualifications

• CNC/Machining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean practices preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions to meet procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate CNC hand and automated load lathes.
• Calculate and manually enter offsets.
• Report daily production and scrap.
