The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, AR is seeking a SkillBridge Machine Shop Trainee who will gain hands-on experience in machining and equipment operation. This unique opportunity is available exclusively for transitioning service members, preparing them for careers in precision manufacturing.

As a trainee, you will learn about machine shop operations and safety while working under the guidance of experienced trainers. The program offers exposure to CNC machining and blueprint interpretation over a 12-week training period.

Qualifications

• Must be an active-duty service member eligible for DoD SkillBridge.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety procedures for operating machine shop equipment.
• Assist with the setup and operation of machine shop tools.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for mechanical failures.
