Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Machine Tool Technology program.
• Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and blueprint reading.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for ~87.5% of a shift.
• Pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen.
• Willingness to work full-time hours with schedule flexibility around school.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders) to produce precision components.
• Conduct quality checks using micrometers and calipers to ensure specifications.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with PPE protocols.
• Apply classroom learning to real-world manufacturing challenges.
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
