Job summary

CONNEXION in Sudbury, MA is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical assembler for a direct-hire, 1st-shift role. You will build and test large CNC machinery by following drawings and schematics, using hand and power tools, and applying precision gauges to ensure every assembly meets strict engineering specs.

Responsibilities include functional testing, documenting deviations, and helping integrate components into full systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly or related experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools.
• CNC proficiency or experience supporting CNC equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
