Performing machining operations on metal or plastic materials to produce parts that meet quality standards per provided specifications and to ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Technical education in machining. Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting.
On occasion exert push force up to 50 pounds. Good hand dexterity and visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, inspect parts and identify and distinguish colors. Prolonged periods of standing, using tools, and performing repetitive actions.
Within safety guidelines, exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, oils/solvents, fumes, and odors that may affect the eyes, ears, nose, throat and/or skin.
In accordance with California law, the salary range for this position reflects a good faith estimate of the base compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
