Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Technician to join our Machine Tool Alignment division in Fife, WA. About The Role

Omega Morgan is seeking a dependable and skilled CNC Machine Technician to join our Machine Tool Alignment division. In this role, you will install, align, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment, including CNC machinery and related manufacturing systems. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, CNC maintenance or machining experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team at both shop and client locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, adjust, maintain, repair, modify, and troubleshoot equipment used in manufacturing operations.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Assist with bid specifications for routine service, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Support manual and CNC machine tool installations.
  • Provide technical instruction and assistance to clients at job sites.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, and sample parts.
  • Use drawings, specifications, verbal instructions, judgment, and experience to plan and complete work.
  • Meet deadlines and document project progress.
  • Work closely with shop personnel, customer management, and project teams.
  • Move between projects with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 year of related experience in CNC maintenance, CNC machining, or CNC service.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Familiarity with manual and CNC machine tool installations preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to look ahead and seek out work.
