Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Shop Operator II to perform production work on NC/CNC machines, load/unload parts and inspect for quality. You will set tool offsets to maintain tolerances and may advance to Machine Shop Operator #1 with experience.

Responsibilities include blueprint reading, first-piece and in-process inspections, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and generating simple productivity and quality reports.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and produce parts within required tolerances.
• Responsible for quality and first-piece inspection, as well as subsequent inspections.
• Maintain routine maintenance and keep work area clean and neat.
• Follow safety rules for machine operation and guarding.
• Be equipped with required tools to perform the functions of their job.

• Ensure quality of produced parts and perform first-piece and subsequent inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the work area.
• Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and guarding.
