Job Description

Abundant Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with CNC experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines for production, including tooling and fixtures
• Input, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code or similar)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, or both)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and tool paths
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Experience with CNC mills, HAAS, or FANUC controls is a plus
