Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to produce sheet metal parts and assemblies. You will set up and align parts per shop prints, program the CNC machine, and work solo or in a small team to fabricate metal buildings and enclosures.

The role requires CNC and forklift experience, familiarity with hand tools, and strong attention to quality. A safe, clean work environment and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Competenze

• Two+ years CNC experience required.
• Two+ years forklift experience required.
• Two+ years experience with basic hand tools (squares, clamps, gauges) required.
• Two+ years experience with shear, brake, turret punch, band saw, grinder, and related hand tools required.
• Two+ years experience with applicable Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs) required.

Mansioni

• Consult blueprints, work orders, or schematics to construct structures safely.
• Load, unload, and prepare materials for CNC operations.
• Program CNC machines and perform setup and calibration.
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Measure and verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace and tools.
