Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year machine operator experience.
- Ability to view CAD drawings and use Aagard software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning tools.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts meeting specs and timelines.
- Monitor machining operations and adjust for consistent performance.
- Accurately record part movement, run time, and material usage in the ERP system.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
- Verify part quality by inspecting components against prints.
- Change tooling, fixtures, and setups to maintain precision and quality.
- Troubleshoot machining issues to prevent defects and minimize downtime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reduce rework.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and report issues promptly.
- Follow safety policies and keep work area clean and organized.
- Monitor equipment performance and address risks with teammates.
