Job summary

Cornerstone Builders of SWFL, Inc. is seeking a seasoned CNC Operator to join our Fort Myers manufacturing team. You will hand‑on operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production runs meet Cornerstone standards while following safety SOPs.

We require 2–3 years of hands-on CNC or production experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 4:30am–1:00pm, with medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on CNC machine operation experience.
• Able to troubleshoot and maintain production schedule.
• Diagnose and rectify CNC machine malfunctions during machining.
• Mitigate CNC machining malfunctions during operation.
• Eliminate machining errors during cutting and production runs.
• Perform mathematical calculations on the shop floor.
• Measure parts with calipers to ensure tolerances.
• Follow blueprint specifications with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components per blueprints.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain production schedule.
• Diagnose CNC malfunctions and implement fixes during production.
• Maintain high quality standards on all production runs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to confirm timelines and schedules.
