Job summary

Balance Staffing is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a precision manufacturing facility in Clearwater, FL. The role covers mills & lathe operations on a 3rd shift, focusing on setup, operation, and quality inspection.

Ideal candidates have experience reading blueprints, using calipers and micrometers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on the shop floor. Training may be available for related machine shop experience.

Qualifications

We are hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing precision manufacturing facility in Clearwater.

What We're Looking For:

• CNC mill and/or lathe experience preferred
• Machine setup or operation experience
• Ability to read blueprints/work instructions
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring tools
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
