Howmet Aerospace in Winsted is seeking a dedicated Aerospace Machine Operator to operate CNC grinding and milling equipment, load and unload parts, and inspect components with precision tools. You will work with skilled machinists, engineers, quality, and maintenance teams to keep production on track.

Competenze

• 2+ years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with precision grinding and milling machines.
• CNC machining experience.
• Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
