Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up and operate beam lines, press brakes, lasers, or plasma cutting tables to produce metal parts per specs.

Reading blueprints and tolerances accurately is essential. Candidates should have experience with CNC equipment, basic mechanical skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read calipers, micrometers, and wear PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines such as beam line, press brake, laser, or plasma table.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and finishing.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to cut, bend, and form metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform machine setups including tool changes and calibrations.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify dimensions.
• Maintain equipment with routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of materials and equipment.

Shifts:

• 1st Shift Mon-Fri
• 2nd Shift Mon-Fri or Mon-Thu

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC equipment such as beam lines, press brakes, lasers, or plasma cutting tables. The operator will be responsible for producing high-quality metal parts according to specifications, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
