Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Michigan to operate and maintain CNC Lathes and Mills. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Miyano lathes and a solid grasp of all CNC functions.

You will set up tools, run offsets, and verify first article quality using calipers and micrometers. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to ensure safe, efficient production. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 3 years experience on CNC Lathes and Mills.
• Must have minimum of 1 year experience on Miyano CNC Lathes.
• Strong working knowledge of CNC functions and tool setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC Lathes and Mills.
• Change, set and touch off tools; perform offset edits.
• Use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify parts.
• Ensure quality by following procedures and recording process data.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; ensure safety practices.

Requirements and responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC Lathes & CNC Mills
• Minimum of three (3) years experience on CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience on Miyano CNC Lathes (REQUIRED)
• Good working knowledge of all CNC machine functions
• Able to change, set, and touch off tools
• Perform offset edits
• Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc)
• Must be quality conscious
• Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
• Complete control charts, process paperwork correctly and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and team mentality
