The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma and experience in machine operation. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, maintaining a clean work environment, and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• Preferred previous machine operation exposure/experience.
• Understanding/Exposure of/to various measuring and inspecting tools and systems.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet standards for product quality and equipment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors CNC machines for maximum uptime.
• Performs in-process quality checks and documentation.
• Communicates machine issues to team members.
• Maintains and cleans work areas.
• Participates in 5S activities and Problem Solving meetings.
