Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a skilled machine operator for its Warrendale, PA facility to set up, operate, and maintain shop equipment. The role focuses on producing high-quality metal parts in a regulated environment, including post-processing work as needed.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and conduct quality checks while adhering to safety standards. A HS diploma, reading blueprints, and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Works well in a team and communicates clearly with colleagues.
• Ability to speak and understand English in a heavily regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust equipment to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and document results according to procedures.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Clean machinery and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist supervisor with additional tasks as required.
