Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Familiarity with GMP principles and practice.
• Experience using micrometers and gage blocks for dimensional measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to collaborate and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setups: Perform setups on CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Material Handling: Load materials into CNC and semi-automatic machinery per GMP.
• Machine Monitoring: Oversee production with GMP compliance.
• Quality Control: Measure parts with micrometers, indicators, optical comparators, and gage blocks.
• Documentation: Complete processing records accurately.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with leads.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Process Improvement: Propose improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Flexibility: Take on additional duties to support production goals.
• Teamwork: Maintain positive relationships and respond to feedback.
• Time Management: Meet production schedules and deadlines.
