Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating CNC or similar production equipment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use a tape measure or other measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment including CNC machines.
• Select and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Confirm correct material type and dimensions prior to production.
• Load and unload material and parts as required.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedule and goals.
