Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions, setup sheets, attribute sheets, and safety procedures
• Perform basic tooling and offset changes
• Monitor parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Report machine issues and unsafe conditions to supervisors
• Complete daily paperwork and timecards accurately
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including checking coolant and lubrication levels
• Remove and replace chip containers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep machines running efficiently and maintain consistent production
• Follow company safety, quality, and workplace policies
• Work overtime as needed based on production demands
