Pursuit Aerospace in Whitesboro, NY is seeking a CNC Machine Operator (Creep Feed) to join our manufacturing team. This onsite role focuses on setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC/EDM machinery and ensuring components meet exacting quality standards.

We offer full-time hours, a competitive hourly wage of $23.00–$25.00, plus benefits including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off. On-the-job training is available for entry-level candidates.

Responsabilités

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and/or EDM machinery.
• Performing in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height stands, and indicators).
• Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and restocking materials, to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and/or EDM machinery.
• Performing in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height stands, and indicators).
• Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Experience with polishing is highly desirable
• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus,
• We strongly encourage motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided for entry-level candidates.

Working Conditions:

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Permanent Schedule will be C Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Candidates will train on A Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
