You will be a vital part of our production team, ensuring our precision‑machined components meet the highest standards. This is a hands‑on position for a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the success of a top‑tier manufacturing operation. Location: Whitesboro, NY (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and/or EDM machinery.
• Performing in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height stands, and indicators).
• Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and restocking materials, to ensure optimal performance.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Self‑motivated and dependable, with the ability to work effectively during your required shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with polishing is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus.
• We strongly encourage motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude to apply, as on‑the‑job training will be provided for entry‑level candidates.

Working Conditions:

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
