Dauch Corporation in Wooster, Ohio is seeking a Machine Operator with CNC experience, blueprint reading and gauge use. You will ensure quality, operate and load/unload machines, and adhere to safety practices in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include tool changes, process adjustments, inspections, and data entry into XPPS. Teamwork and reliable attendance are essential for daily operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and use gauges and other inspection measurement equipment correctly and accurately.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to read basic blueprints.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good attendance.
• Negative pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilités

• Operate the assigned machine(s) and start/stop as needed.
• Load and unload parts and position correctly in the work holding.
• Change machine tools and perform adjustments to maintain productivity and part quality.
• Perform inspections and document results; use SPC as required.
• Enter required information into XPPS and maintain housekeeping/5S tasks.
• Train other operators as needed and communicate process status.
