Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is hiring for a CNC Machine Operator on 3rd shift. You will learn via HTTI and the US-DOL approved Apprenticeship, producing parts for plasma cutting systems and progressing through five operator levels.

The program includes 4 weeks of CNC Fundamentals on 1st shift, with potential additional training. Applicants should be 18+, with a HS diploma and basic computer skills. ESOP, profit-sharing and Day 1 medical premiums are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn technical material in a school-like setting
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Good written and verbal communication
• Successful completion of a technical assessment

Responsibilities

• Produce machined parts for plasma cutting systems through machining, assembly and packaging tasks
• Work with team members to follow standard work instructions
• Operate CNC machinery as part of assigned manufacturing area
