Position Details

Shift: 11pm-7:30am, Monday to Friday

Summary

Responsible for operating production machinery following company quality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Operate production equipment to meet production needs.
2. Produce assigned products per verbal and written instructions.
3. Inspect parts and document findings appropriately.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
5. Operate shop equipment adhering to safety protocols.
6. Report product discrepancies, equipment issues, or injuries to management.
7. Wear PPE as per training guidelines.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Basic Language Skills

• Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and write simple correspondence.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to interpret bar graphs and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Intermediate Reasoning Skills

• Apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.

Education & Experience

No degree required; prior related experience is a plus.

Physical & Vision Requirements

• Constant movement, occasional lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Close vision (20 inches or less).

Proficiency in

• G-Code, M-Code, Blueprint Reading, PLC Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance Planning.
