Job description

PrideStaff is looking for a 3rd shift CNC Operator for a growing, innovative manufacturing client located in Arvada, CO. This is a 12-hour shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Thursday. The position will initially train on the 1st shift before moving to the 3rd shift.

CNC Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Operate CNC mills and lathes effectively
• Collect data and perform chart inspections
• Perform necessary offsets to maintain quality controls
• Problem solve product and processing issues
• Conduct first article inspections

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of machine operations, materials, and production standards
• Ability to read blueprints and understand measuring procedures
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills, shop arithmetic, and documentation
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to quality and detail in both product and documentation
• Possession of measuring tools such as calipers, depth mics, OD mics (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience operating CNC mills and lathes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
