The role requires 1–3 years manufacturing experience, high school diploma, ability to lift 25–60 lbs, and ERP proficiency. This is regular full‑time, second shift, on-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as a CNC machine operator.
• Ability to read drawings and use set‑ups sheets; basic measuring instrument knowledge.
• Ability to navigate ERP system to access production data.
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, radial drills, and other production equipment.
• Read drawings, work from specifications, and follow set‑up sheets.
• Perform routine set‑ups and run production to meet tolerances and quality standards.
• Report malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns; maintain neat work area.
• Move heavy materials (25–60 lbs) as required and follow safety rules.
