What You’ll Be Doing…

• Operate will manufacture quality Trantorque products by performing preset, set‑up and operation of CNC lathes and PLC and/or CNC secondary machines; finish, assemble, package and perform material handling duties.
• Perform visual inspection to meet product quality requirements.
• Operate CNC Machine Cell with minimal assistance. Measure parts, make offset wear adjustments, and change worn tools (in a timely manner).
• Perform Vibratory and assembly operations with minimal assistance required to meet customer needs.
• Read and interpret work orders and comments to ensure product accuracy.
• Follow ISO work instruction standards after training and sign‑off.
• Adjust equipment and processes to meet product specifications.
• Ask for help when needed to ensure successful production and minimize scrap.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the “6S” system.
• Embrace changes in the work environment to support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to shifting work priorities as needed.
• Promote safety by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Has previous CNC operating experience.
