IMS Gear is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Gainesville, GA. You will load/unload parts, run CNC machines, inspect parts, and perform basic maintenance while following ISO and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Run CNC machines by loading/unloading parts and making basic adjustments

• Keep machines running smoothly with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Track production, maintain workflow, and communicate issues quickly
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, 6IMS) and elevate issues as needed

What You Bring

Experience

• 1-2 years in a manufacturing or machine operator role (3+ years is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull materials with equipment
