Qualifikationen

• 1+ year CNC machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate various machinery
• Load materials and verify correct program selection
• Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread and pin gages to verify part dimensions
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performances are maintained
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production files
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Other duties as required
