CNC MACHINE OPERATOR – 1ST SHIFT

Abundant Solutions | Plano, TX

Abundant Solutions is seeking experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators for a 1st shift opportunity in Plano, TX.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands‑on CNC experience who are comfortable working in a structured, quality‑focused manufacturing environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and able to follow established procedures and production standards.

Pay

$21.00+ per hour – Depending on Experience

Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Horizontal CNC and RoboDrill machines
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary machine and tooling adjustments
• Input, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs, including G-code or similar programming
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment to verify part quality
• Monitor tooling and machining processes for quality and consistency
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Previous CNC machine operating experience
• Horizontal CNC and/or RoboDrill experience preferred
• Experience with HAAS, FANUC, or similar controls preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Must be comfortable working in a structured and procedure‑driven environment
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
