Qualifications

• 1 year of CNC experience including setup, programming where applicable, and operation of CNC equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform simple, generic machine set-ups.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team.
• Capable of tolerating repetitive, tedious work.

Responsibilities

• Load parts, operate CNC machines, and touch-off tools as needed.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection and routine machine maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as press brakes and CNC machines with basic setup.
• Utilize power tools like tape measure and calipers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and maintain safety.
