Protomet in Loudon, TN is seeking a CNC Machining Team Member to support our fast-paced production. You will operate advanced equipment to manufacture high-quality boat parts, emphasize safety and efficiency.

We value hands-on learners who can read drawings, fixture parts, and keep machines running. This role offers growth as you develop skills across set-up, tooling changes, and production processes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task across several CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret job instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Load raw aluminum parts and fixture them on pallets using hand tools.
• Run multiple parts on CNC machines and maintain production pace.
• Communicate needs for stock material to Fabrication.
• Meet production goals according to the engineering schedule.
• Assist with set-up and tooling changes to learn machining processes.
