Job summary

The Kinetic Co., Inc. in Greendale, WI is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our shop floor crew. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read drawings, change tools, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience running CNC machines or equivalent hands-on shop experience.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Read drawings and specs to ensure parts are correct.
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and tweak programs as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Read drawings and specs to make sure parts are made right
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks when needed
• Check your work using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Keep your machine and work area clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience running CNC machines (or solid hands-on shop experience)
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
