Job summary

The Kinetic Co, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Machine Operator in Greendale, Wisconsin. You"ll set up and run CNC mills or lathes, read blueprints, adjust tools, and verify parts using precision measurement tools. This full-time role requires hands-on shop experience and a commitment to safe, accurate manufacturing.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Pay ranges from $19.70 to $35.70 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience running CNC machines (mills and/or lathes).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes).
• Read drawings and specs to ensure parts are made correctly.
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks as needed.
• Check finished work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Read drawings and specs to make sure parts are made right
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks when needed
• Check your work using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Keep your machine and work area clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience running CNC machines (or solid hands-on shop experience)
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
