Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift at our Grand Prairie, TX site. This on-site, temp-to-direct role offers exposure to advanced CNC machining and a pathway to permanent placement based on performance.

Compensation starts at $18.16 per hour with a $0.85 shift differential, and the schedule is Monday-Friday with 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will measure parts, set up and adjust tooling, monitor machine performance, and perform quality checks throughout

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC Operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Mill experience.

Responsibilities

• Measure finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments, fixtures, and templates to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines to support efficient production operations.
• Monitor CNC machine performance and identify operational issues through machine indicators and sound.
• Make machine adjustments, including feed rates, speeds, and operational controls, to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Modify cutting programs as needed to resolve machining challenges and support production requirements.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support production operations as a Kitter by collecting, organizing, and sorting fabricated parts for assembly cart preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements to ensure operational excellence.
