Canam Bridges is seeking a CNC operator for the second shift to operate various CNC machines in a steel fabrication environment in the United States. You will follow safety procedures, adhere to GHS/SDS standards, and work with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals.
Responsibilities include milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, inspection and maintaining equipment cleanliness. The role requires ability to work independently and as part of a team, and English language

Canam Bridges is a member of Canam Group, which has over 3,500 employees and operates 12 plants in North America, as well as engineering offices in Canada, Romania, India and the Philippines.
Operate various CNC machines in compliance with the corporate mission and values, and department financial objectives.
Regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Routine exposure to steel fabrication environment and occasional outside weather conditions, excessive noise levels and regular exposition to vibration. Frequent work near moving mechanical parts and frequently exposed to fumes, vapors, or airborne particles. Occasional work in high, precarious places, and occasional exposition to risk of electrical shock.
