1st- CNC Machine Operator. Pay- $16.756:00am-2:30pm, M-F.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced 1st-level CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality parts and components in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations and perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine the appropriate machining processes
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of production, machine performance, and any issues encountered
• Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications
