Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment (mills and lathes).

• Work with M and G codes and verify part measurements.
• Load pieces, verify settings, and run first parts and samples.
• Troubleshoot processes and edit programs as needed.
• Train lower level technicians on higher skilled tasks.
• Ensure equipment safety, tooling availability, and schedule adherence.
