Staffmark is hiring a skilled CNC Lead Machine Operator in Riverview, FL

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $19 per hour
• Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain CNC department utilization goals of 80% per machine, with 2-3 machines assigned per operator.
2. Ensure machines are in continuous use from early morning through the end of the business day.
3. Prioritize job scheduling in the mornings to meet commit and "high" dates for Assembly.
4. Verify daily programming is completed.
5. Process recuts, label with job numbers, and place on the recut table.
6. Return empty carts from Assembly to CNC when production is at full capacity.
7. Submit Daily Cut Logs to Production Managers and report any open jobs to the Director of Operations at day's end.
8. Handle weekly/monthly tasks including propane stocking, table milling, sheet counts, and organizing material for end-of-month procedures.

Qualifications

Experience with CNC machines and managerial skills are required. Must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills and be a self-starter.
