Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a CNC Tooling Lead to oversee tooling operations in our California manufacturing facility. You will set up, maintain, and optimize CNC tooling, work with machinists and engineers, and ensure tooling supports smooth production.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with CNC programming and tooling databases.

The CNC Tooling Lead is a highly skilled professional responsible for overseeing tooling operations within CNC machining environments. This role ensures the accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of tooling systems to support efficient production. The CNC Tooling Lead will collaborate with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to maintain quality standards, troubleshoot tooling issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Pay Rate: $22.00 – 27.00/hour DOE.
