Job summary

Tec Group Inc is hiring a CNC Lathe Set-Up & Programmer (Day Shift). You will program and set up Mazak CNC lathes and produce parts to print, turning raw materials into high-quality components with tight tolerances.

The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tooling, performing first-article and in-process inspections, and maintaining safe, clean work areas while operating multiple machines as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of CNC lathe set-up and programming experience.
• Mazak/Mazatrol experience strongly preferred, if not must have similar 3 axis lathe exp
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for full shifts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
